React Developer

Role Overview

As a React Developer at Capgemini in Pune, Maharashtra, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and scalable web applications using React. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that adhere to secure and compliant development practices. This role demands strong technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications utilizing React and modern front-end technologies.
• Construct reusable, modular, and scalable UI components.
• Ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces across diverse devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and services.
• Optimize application performance, loading times, and overall user experience.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards.
• Work within cross-functional Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and quality standards.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 4 to 16 years
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and contemporary front-end development practices.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
