React Developer

We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a full-time employee, you will be instrumental in developing modern, responsive web applications. Your responsibilities will include managing application state with Redux, efficiently handling asynchronous operations, and translating UI/UX designs into clean, functional code. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and data scientists, utilizing Git for version control and code reviews. A key aspect of this role involves optimizing application performance across various browsers and devices, ensuring the delivery of maintainable and well-documented code.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience with React.js, complemented by a strong understanding of Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows is essential, as is the ability to implement designs from Figma. Familiarity with REST APIs and integration workflows, along with robust problem-solving skills and a passion for exceptional user experiences, are highly valued.

Bonus skills that would be advantageous include experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI. Exposure to mapping libraries such as OpenLayers, Leaflet, or Mapbox, along with an understanding of geospatial or satellite data visualization, is also a plus. Experience with Agile or Scrum-based development methodologies is desirable.
