Full Job Description
We are seeking a React Developer with a full-time remote role at Quantum TechWorks Private Limited. This position requires 6+ years of total experience in software development, with a focus on React.js (4+ years) and Java/Spring Boot (3+ years). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining responsive, high-performance React applications using ES6+, React Hooks, and Redux for state management.
- Integrating React applications with REST APIs built using Java/Spring Boot.
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and seamless UI development.
- Collaborating with distributed teams using Git, Agile/Scrum, and participating in code reviews.
- Understanding testing frameworks, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solving complex technical challenges with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Work Timings: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (full-time, remote). Candidates must be comfortable with this shift and actively participate in the full software development lifecycle.
