About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for translating modern UI designs into high-performance, scalable web applications that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architects to craft visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that are both responsive and efficient. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a craftsmanship mindset focused on creating pixel-perfect, mobile-first components from Figma designs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact real-world applications and enhance user experiences across platforms.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in React development, with a proven track record of building scalable web applications. Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks is essential. Experience with Next.js, state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand, and UI styling tools like Tailwind CSS and Material UI is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design translation. A strong understanding of responsive design principles, performance optimization techniques, and cross-browser compatibility is required. Prior experience working in agile environments and familiarity with deployment pipelines, cloud services, and backend API integration will be advantageous. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a passion for continuous learning and innovative development practices.

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to frontend architecture decisions, and uphold high coding standards.
• Contribute to frontend performance optimization and technical documentation to support ongoing development efforts.
