In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining user interface components for web applications using the React.js framework. You will work collaboratively with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational and client needs.
Roles And Responsibilities
Design and Development
- Develop and maintain user interface components using React.js, ensuring code is clean, scalable, and reusable.
- Implement UI designs in line with project requirements and industry best practices.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services, collaborating closely with back-end developers for seamless integration.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with other front-end developers, back-end developers, designers, and product owners to understand and implement project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance codebase quality.
Technical Documentation
- Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including comments, README files, and technical specifications.
- Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for application stability and reliability.
- Work with the QA team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Continuous Improvement

Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of web development experience, with at least 1 year in React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Familiarity with modern web development tools like Webpack, Babel, and Node.js.
- Understanding of React.js core principles; experience with workflows like Flux or Redux is a plus.
- Knowledge of web application performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
