We are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer with extensive expertise in React.js, Next.js, and contemporary frontend engineering methodologies. Prior experience in banking or FinTech platforms is highly desirable. This role involves developing robust, secure, and scalable user interfaces for enterprise-grade financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, responsive, and secure frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate effectively with backend, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking functionalities.
• Translate intricate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for financial products.
• Uphold application performance, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
• Integrate APIs and work with microservices-based backend systems.
• Adhere to best-in-class coding standards, implement stringent security practices, and build reusable components.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the frontend team.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, contributing to ongoing improvements.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
• Experience with REST APIs, API integrations, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
• Deep understanding of frontend security principles, performance optimization techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.

Desirable Skills

• Experience developing applications for banking, payments, lending, or other financial workflows.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of design systems and component-driven development.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional frontend development experience.

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
