React Developer

React Frontend Developer - Bengaluru

GSR Business Services is seeking a talented React Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences and building scalable frontend solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex requirements and translate them into intuitive, scalable frontend designs.
• Implement high-quality UI components and full-fledged web applications utilizing React and its ecosystem.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces adhering to industry best practices.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for frontend components using modern testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Participate actively in the software development life cycle, reviewing deliverables and ensuring project constraints are met.
• Collaborate effectively with backend development teams, UX designers, and product stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Maintain a curious and enthusiastic approach to emerging frontend technologies, actively promoting best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend design and development, with a proven track record of working with distributed/global teams.
• Strong expertise in React, including Hooks, Context API, and various state management patterns.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with popular frontend frameworks and libraries such as Redux, Zustand, React Query, and TanStack.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with frontend testing tools including Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Webpack, Vite, npm, and yarn.
• Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
