React Developer

Persistent is seeking a skilled React Developer to join our front-end development team in Bengaluru. This role involves developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows like Redux, Flux, and Webpack. Responsibilities include profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting the codebase. Successful candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React, excellent front-end coding skills, and a strong understanding of progressive web applications. You will be responsible for designing and building modern, highly responsive user interface components that enhance application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team on user interface ideas and applications.
• Review application requirements and interface designs.
• Identify and implement web-based user interactions.
• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Write application interface code using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
• Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code.
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance.
• Document application changes and develop updates.

Required Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a React.js developer.
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other front-end languages.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Project management capabilities.
