React Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS Developer in Ahmedabad for our enterprise construction and renewable-energy platforms. You will build responsive web and mobile experiences used daily by field teams on live project sites, converting UI/UX designs into high-performance applications.

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, leveraging functional components, hooks, Redux/Zustand for state management, and Tailwind/Bootstrap for responsive cross-browser design.
• Create offline-capable mobile apps with React Native (Android/iOS), implementing PWA patterns including service workers and asset caching.
• Convert pixel-accurate Figma designs into installable PWAs ensuring fast load times on varying network conditions.
• Integrate seamlessly with backend REST APIs, handling SSO/OAuth authentication, error states, and robust data caching strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex dashboards, GIS map views (using Leaflet/ArcGIS), and reporting screens optimized for rendering performance.
• Ensure application security through code-splitting, lazy loading, and secure token storage solutions.
• Collaborate with QA automation teams to write testable code using stable selectors for Playwright integration.
• Participate actively in agile sprint planning, retrospectives, bug bashes, and support UAT/production releases with structured root-cause analysis.
