Role Overview

SBS is seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Development Engineer to join our R&D team in Noida. This senior-level role focuses on architecting and delivering cloud-native, enterprise-grade software products specifically for the banking and fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex microservices-based solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams to accelerate technical objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and govern high-quality engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive digital transformation initiatives within an Agile environment.

Technical Requirements

• Core Stack: Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Angular, and Kubernetes.
• Architecture: Proven experience in Microservices and Cloud-Native environments.
• Preferred Skills: Kafka, ABAM, and domain knowledge in Fintech or Lending.
• Experience: 11-15 years of professional software development experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
