We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer with a focus on Research and Development to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to contribute to the architectural design of our innovative products.

You will build cutting-edge software products for banking and financing institutions within collaborative, non-hierarchical R&D teams that value agility, respect contributions, and foster continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include enabling, empowering, and encouraging teams to enhance technology and processes, while challenging and supporting engineering practices to elevate product quality.

Key duties involve providing governance to product teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of solutions, and acting as a technical mentor to reinforce our organizational values and culture. We are looking for individuals who can drive technical objectives and provide guidance to accelerate our progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java software development for cloud-native products.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Reactive Programming, MongoDB, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs and Kafka.
• Demonstrated ability in technical mentoring to help teams achieve goals and enhance skills.
• Proven technical leadership to guide teams toward achieving technical objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working with large, enterprise-grade components and managing end-to-end delivery.
• In-depth experience in microservices-based cloud-native architecture with a Java background, and exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of working in an agile development environment.
• Good understanding of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the Fintech or Banking domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and achieve organizational goals.
• A self-starter with the initiative to drive projects to completion.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
