We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer with R&D experience in Java to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will play a crucial role in the architectural design of our products, leveraging your deep technical expertise. Working within openly collaborative, non-hierarchical R&D teams, you will build cutting-edge software for banking and financing institutions, fostering an environment that respects contributions and embraces agile methodologies.

Your responsibilities will include enabling and empowering teams to achieve continuous improvement in technology and processes, while also challenging and supporting engineering practices to enhance product quality. You will provide governance to ensure the quality and efficiency of solutions and act as a technical mentor, reinforcing organizational values and culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java software development for cloud-native products.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Reactive Programming, MongoDB, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Rest APIs and Kafka.
• Proven ability to provide technical mentoring to team members.
• Demonstrated technical leadership to guide teams towards achieving technical objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with large enterprise-grade components and end-to-end delivery management.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices-based cloud-native architecture, with a strong Java background and experience in digital transformation.
• Understanding of working in agile environments and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the Fintech or Banking domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and achieve organizational goals.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
