We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer with a strong background in Java R&D to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves contributing significantly to the architectural design and end-to-end delivery of innovative software products for banking and financing institutions. You will collaborate with agile, non-hierarchical R&D teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality. Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, supporting product releases, communicating with stakeholders, and mentoring team members to enhance technology and processes. Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the architectural design of our financial technology products.
• Defining the product roadmap and supporting the end-to-end delivery of product releases.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication.
• Building robust software products for the banking and financing sectors within a collaborative R&D environment.
• Empowering teams for continuous improvement in technology and processes.
• Driving improvements in product quality through challenging and supporting engineering practices.
• Ensuring the quality and efficiency of solutions through product team governance.
• Acting as a mentor to the team and reinforcing best practices.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering solutions using Java and open-source technologies in global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring, Spring Batch, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, microservices architecture, reactive programming, Redis (caching), Angular (GUI), and cloud computing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent data structures & algorithms skills with experience in digital transformation and technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to support organizational goals.
• Experience working with large enterprise-grade components.
• Good understanding and experience working in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Self-starter capable of taking initiative and delivering with minimal guidance.
• Prior experience in the banking or financing domain is advantageous but not required.
