R&D Java Senior Software Development Engineer 2 - Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Join a dynamic R&D team at Soprasteria (SBS), a global financial technology company, and contribute to building cutting-edge software products for banking and financing institutions. This role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

• Leverage deep technical expertise to influence the architectural design of our products.
• Play a key role in defining the product roadmap and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of product releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate product strategies and progress.

Required Experience:

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering solutions using Java and open-source technologies in global organizations.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Batch, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, microservices architecture, reactive programming, Redis (caching), Angular (GUI), and cloud computing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent data structures and algorithms skills, with exposure to digital transformation and technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships and support organizational goals.
• Experience working with large enterprise-grade components.
• Demonstrated experience in agile development environments.
• Understanding of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in the banking or financing domain is advantageous but not mandatory.
