We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Senior Software Development Engineer 2 to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to contribute significantly to the architectural design of our innovative products. You will be instrumental in building cutting-edge software solutions for the banking and financing sectors, working within R&D teams that champion open collaboration, non-hierarchical structures, mutual respect, and agile methodologies.

Your responsibilities will include enabling, empowering, and encouraging teams towards continuous improvement in both technology and processes. You will be challenged to enhance the product's quality by supporting and improving engineering practices. We expect you to provide governance to the product team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of all solutions. Furthermore, you will serve as a technical mentor, reinforcing organizational values and culture while helping the team achieve their goals and elevate their skills.

Total Experience Expected: 6-8 years

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JAVA software development for cloud-native products.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Reactive Programming, MongoDB, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs and Kafka.
• Proven ability in technical mentoring to foster team growth and skill enhancement.
• Demonstrated technical leadership to guide the team towards achieving technical objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience in developing large, enterprise-grade components with end-to-end delivery management.
• In-depth experience with microservices-based cloud-native architecture, particularly with a Java background, and exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with large enterprise-grade components.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in agile development environments.
• Good understanding of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the Fintech or Banking domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive organizational goals.
• A self-starter with the initiative to drive tasks to completion.
