About the Role

Synopsys is seeking a passionate and skilled Staff R&D Engineer to join our team in Delhi, Delhi. This role focuses on system verification, developing cutting-edge solutions for high-performance computing, data centers, mobile/client devices, automotive systems, and IoT segments. You will architect and build SystemVerilog UVM-based verification components, contribute to functional verification of complex IP designs, and collaborate with market leaders.

What You Will Do

• Perform functional verification of coherent and non-coherent IP designs.
• Collaborate with industry leaders across various segments to define and develop products meeting complex verification requirements.
• Architect and build SystemVerilog UVM-based verification components, including testbenches, checkers, scoreboards, and verification IPs.
• Develop comprehensive verification plans and drive functional coverage-driven verification closure for real designs.
• Debug and resolve issues within verification environments to ensure robust and reliable verification processes.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: B.E/B.Tech with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or M.E/M.Tech with 5-9 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in architecting and building SystemVerilog UVM-based verification components, testbenches, checkers, scoreboards, and verification IPs.
• Protocol Expertise: Experience with UCIe, PCIe, CXL, Unipro, USB, MIPI, HDMI, Ethernet, DDR, LPDDR, or HBM memory protocols.
• Verification Focus: Responsible for functional verification of coherent and non-coherent IP designs.
• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Perl, Python, and Shell scripting, with familiarity in object-oriented programming concepts.
• Qualities: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. A creative and innovative mindset is highly valued.
