Role Overview

Rangam is currently recruiting a highly skilled Systems Administrator (Specializing in Apple Mac) for our fully remote United States-based team. This role serves as the cornerstone of our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring seamless operations across servers, networks, and hardware ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain robust server environments optimized for Apple MacOS while supporting hybrid OS architectures (Windows/Linux/Unix).
• Leverage BeyondTrust EPM for Mac to enforce stringent security protocols and manage endpoint compliance across distributed networks.
• Deploy advanced Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to secure enterprise mobility initiatives.

Technical Expertise Required

• Pure proficiency in MacOS administration paired with cross-platform OS knowledge.
• Mastery of automation scripting via Bash and PowerShell for infrastructure scaling tasks.
• Implementation of cybersecurity best practices, including API integration strategies for threat monitoring.

Collaboration & Support

You will serve as a first-line escalation point for end-user support while collaborating with global IT teams to diagnose complex hardware/software issues. Experience in virtualization technologies and network administration tools is essential for maintaining 24/7 uptime across our distributed infrastructure.
