Key Responsibilities

• Transforming business processes and recommending solutions for inefficiencies.
• Analyzing various data types to understand their relation to business problems.
• Developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions.
• Collaborating with clients and onshore teams to understand business needs and industry trends.
• Participating in business development initiatives and supporting innovation projects.
• Ensuring quality delivery of assignments, managing risks, and communicating progress.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Managing engagement budgets and supporting proposal development.
• Ensuring compliance with risk management strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, big data, data visualization, and statistical tools at the enterprise level.
• 6+ months of project experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like Langchain and HuggingFace.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R, with experience in frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, MXNet, and Torch.
• Proficiency in designing solutions and agile development.
• Extensive experience with supervised and unsupervised clustering, regression, classification, and various machine learning models (e.g., neural networks, deep learning).
• Experience with machine learning techniques including Ensemble Models, Sequence Models, Text Analysis, Time Series Analysis, and Computer Vision.
• Preferred experience in database technology (SQL and NoSQL, MongoDB, Linux).
• Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or business process knowledge (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives.
• Ability to provide oversight and define improvements for data flows.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
• Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote team environments.
