Full Job Description
We are seeking a Quantitative AI and Data Analyst to develop and calibrate data analytic models and tools utilizing Machine Learning and Large Language Models. You will collaborate with users to refine these tools, delivering applications that provide tangible revenue or efficiency benefits. This role involves developing frameworks for creating and managing sophisticated, data-intensive models and their underlying data, as well as testing models and establishing testing frameworks. You will work with model risk management and other control functions to ensure regulatory and firm governance compliance. Close collaboration with development teams is essential for accurate integration into the firm's technology stack. You will also be responsible for presenting the team's work to management and stakeholders.
Requirements include a PhD in a quantitative field and additional industry experience. Practical experience in statistics, data analytics, or artificial intelligence with a demonstrated ability to develop and test mathematical models in an industry context is necessary. Proficiency in Python, including data handling and mathematical model prototyping, is required. Knowledge of Java and experience with the software development lifecycle and Agile development are advantageous. Strong collaborative abilities and the capacity to clearly present concepts and solutions to diverse audiences are essential.
