Quality Engineering Lead - Accenture Kolkata

Accenture is seeking a skilled Quality Engineering Lead to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. In this role, you will guide a team of quality engineers, focusing on multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and ensure high quality across the entire application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing essential metrics to manage and assess the testing process, encompassing test execution and defect resolution. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate effectively with your team, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams, contribute to critical decisions, and provide solutions to complex problems.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Automated Testing, specifically Selenium and Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
• Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes.

Experience: Minimum 7.5 years of experience in quality engineering, with a specific focus on Selenium.

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.
