Role Overview

RK Infotech LLC is seeking an Entry-Level QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on executing comprehensive testing strategies, documenting defects accurately, collaborating with cross-functional teams including development and product groups, and actively supporting automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test cases and scenarios across functional, regression, integration, and UI domains.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools like Jira.
• Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently before release.
• Perform cross-browser and multi-device testing to ensure compatibility.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and detailed reporting for stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements analysis and design reviews early in the SDLC.
• Support automation efforts using tools such as Selenium or Postman when required.
• Execute retesting and regression testing post-bug fixes to validate resolutions.
