Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer based in Jaipur to join our team on-site. This full-time role is critical to delivering high-quality web and mobile applications that meet rigorous performance, reliability, and user experience standards.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for software development lifecycle (SDLC) integration.
• Create and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools until resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on requirement reviews and refinement of acceptance criteria.

We Are Looking For:

• QA Fundamentals: Strong foundation in testing principles, test planning, defect management, and process improvement within SDLC/STLC methodologies.
• Automation Skills: Practical experience building automated suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Coding Proficiency: Hands-on skills in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# for automation development.
• Tooling & CI/CD: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and bug tracking systems (Jira).
• Soft Skills: Analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, prioritization in fast-paced environments, and effective verbal/written communication.
