About the Role

The Network & Svcs Operation Analyst will ensure accurate, fast, and first-time-right activation of telecom services. This role is crucial for managing the entire lifecycle from order receipt to service go-live, focusing on minimizing fallout and rework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of telecom products, network fundamentals, and order management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Activate lifecycle.
• Validate customer orders for technical and commercial feasibility.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Network, Field Operations, and Vendors.
• Configure services accurately using provisioning systems.
• Track and drive resolution for order fallout.
• Ensure billing readiness and facilitate clean handover to the Assurance team.
• Maintain activation Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and comprehensive documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Telecom Products: MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, Wireless.
• Network Fundamentals: IP, VLANs, bandwidth, and routing concepts.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with Order Management & Provisioning systems such as Amdocs, Netcracker, or ServiceNow.
• Workflow Understanding: Strong comprehension of activation workflows.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel for data validation and reconciliation.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Familiarity with Order cycle time (TAT), Fallout rate, First-time-right activation %, and Rework reduction.
• Additional Skills: Exposure to ServiceNow Order Management, Inventory systems, understanding of network configurations (read-level), and an automation mindset for workflow improvement.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation degree.
• Experience: 1-6 Years.
