Quality Analyst

About the Role

E2M Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) specializing in WordPress. This role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience testing websites built with CMS platforms like Elementor, Divi, ACF, Gutenberg, and custom themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end QA for WordPress sites, landing pages, full builds, maintenance tasks, and feature enhancements across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices using cross-browser tools like BrowserStack.
• Validate frontend/backend behavior including forms, dynamic content, custom fields (ACF), templates, and integrations. Ensure UI/UX accuracy, responsiveness, stability, and alignment with client requirements for WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce platforms.
• Execute comprehensive testing strategies: smoke, functional, integration, regression, re-testing, UAT, exploratory, ad hoc, API, accessibility, SEO performance, visual regression tests.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to generate test cases, enhance exploratory testing, analyze defects, create test data, debug issues, and improve QA coverage. Use advanced coding editors like Cursor or VS Code with Antigravity for script review and debugging.
• Create, modify, and debug basic Playwright scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript (assisted by AI) to automate repetitive checks.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess strong analytical skills in functional/regression/responsive/cross-browser/integration/exploratory testing. Proficiency with HTML/CSS/Chrome DevTools and browser consoles is required for issue investigation. Knowledge of SDLC/STLC, bug life cycles, QA best practices, API/API testing frameworks (Postman/BrowserStack), accessibility standards, SEO tools, performance profiling suites, visual regression libraries are highly preferred.
