Quality Analyst

Foundever is urgently hiring for a Quality Analyst position in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. We are seeking motivated individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within technical processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in call monitoring and defect analysis, a good understanding of feedback analysis, proficiency in Excel, and a quick learning ability with strong adaptability.

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for calibrating and upholding quality standards, participating in joint call monitoring with clients and internal teams, and ensuring client quality and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will analyze customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Your role will also involve monitoring quality and accuracy attributes, assisting in customizing quality review guidelines, and developing plans to achieve quality and customer satisfaction objectives.

Furthermore, you will build strong partnerships with client quality contacts, coordinate with Educational Services to ensure appropriate training initiatives, and monitor COPC requirements for the site.
