Quality Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Quality Analyst to join our team. You will develop, design, and execute test plans and scripts for various projects, ensuring end products meet quality standards and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Identify defects in production processes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze statistical data and compile reports.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.

We require strong attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of QA databases. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
