Quality Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of quality functions within assigned projects.
- Champion and drive Six Sigma initiatives to enhance project quality.
- Conduct thorough call and data quality monitoring.
- Deliver constructive feedback to agents based on a defined feedback model.
- Mentor and coach agents on process-level improvements and adherence.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and processes.
- Report on program-level quality scores to process owners.
- Facilitate calibration sessions and performance reviews with clients and internal teams regarding quality standards.
- Conduct refresher training sessions based on identified error trends.
- Maintain an update log and communicate process changes through dedicated sessions.
- Analyze weekly data to identify opportunities for Service Level Agreement (SLA) improvement.
- Perform brainstorming sessions and root cause analysis to interpret data and provide actionable insights to operations and management teams.
- Identify potential risk areas and recommend preventive measures.
- Establish and maintain a robust monitoring system to ensure key program metrics are met and consistent quality is upheld.

Relevant Experience & Educational Requirements
- Completion of all major examinations (SSC, HSC, qualifying degree).
- Graduate degree holder.
- Prior experience within the US healthcare industry is required.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a Quality Analyst role.
- Proficiency with quality tools; Green Belt certification is a significant advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong documentation and business writing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Aptitude for creative and analytical problem-solving.
Job Demands
- Occasional travel within India and to the US may be required, primarily for training and company meetings.
- Ability to work seated at a computer for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various shifts, including night shifts.
Key Constituents
- No direct reports.
- Internal stakeholders include Quality Manager/Team Leader, Operations Manager/Team Leader, and Production Resources.
- External interactions may involve client communications as needed.
