Openspace Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Quality Analyst for their Mumbai office. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our web and mobile applications.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and exposure to Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of software testing concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality product delivery across web and mobile applications. Mandatory manual testing expertise is required. Candidates with knowledge of Playwright automation and familiarity with AI tools like GPT and Claude will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform comprehensive Manual Testing, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, UI/UX Validation, and Cross-browser/Responsive Testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs effectively using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA discussions.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Perform basic database validation and backend data verification as needed.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release validation activities.
• Assist in automation testing activities and contribute to the maintenance of automation scripts and frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools for test case generation, bug analysis, documentation, and overall QA productivity enhancement.
• Stay current with the latest QA trends, tools, and testing methodologies.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficiency in writing clear and detailed test cases and bug reports.
• Good understanding of web and mobile application testing principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking/project management tools like JIRA or similar.
• Hands-on exposure to Playwright automation scripting.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have Skills

• API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge for database testing.
• Exposure to Git/version control systems.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or other automation frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
