Full Job Description
Careernet is seeking a QA & Testing Lead Analyst with 8-11 years of specialized experience in ETL testing, particularly in healthcare or PBM domains. This role involves establishing and implementing a standardized ETL testing methodology across data integration platforms like Ab Initio. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive ETL test cases using Ab Initio components.
- Validating source-to-target data mapping and transformation logic with complex test data.
- Developing and maintaining regression test beds, scheduling test cycles, and ensuring automation-readiness.
- Performing manual and automated ETL testing, including UAT and end-to-end validation, while tracking, analyzing, and reporting defects.
- Leveraging SQL for data validation and query optimization, along with Unix shell scripting for test data preparation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- 8.5–11 years of hands-on experience in Ab Initio ETL testing, preferably in healthcare or PBM environments.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end data pipeline validation.
- Proven experience with Oracle and Teradata for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Education: B.Tech, BCA, MBA, M.Tech, M.Sc., or MCA (or equivalent technical/business experience).
