About the Role:

Join Global Technology Services (GTS) at State Street as a Quality Assurance Engineer. This pivotal role drives digital transformation by planning, creating, and executing manual and automated software tests for Core Banking solutions serving financial institutions. You will execute regression testing on new fixes, manage defects in Agile environments, replicate issues with development teams to debug problems, and develop innovative test solutions using advanced technologies like cloud and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage 7+ years of experience in software testing within an Agile framework.
• Create robust automation scripts using Selenium and Cucumber (BDD).
• Demonstrate proficiency with RTC/JIRA for defect tracking, test management, and reporting.
• Apply strong analytical skills to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively across global teams to ensure high-quality delivery of end-to-end financial services solutions.

Tech Stack & Skills:

Mandatory: Manual/Automated Testing, Selenium, Cucumber, RTC/JIRA, Agile Methodologies.
Differentiators (Good to Have): Messaging frameworks (IBM MQ/Kafka), TOSCA, Playwright.
