QA Engineer

Join Attentive.ai as a QA Engineer in Noida, India, and play a pivotal role in enhancing our product quality throughout the SDLC. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be instrumental in defining, executing, and reporting on test cases. This position requires a seasoned Test Engineer with a strong team-player mentality, active participation in SCRUM ceremonies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines. You will be responsible for developing test cases for new features across unit, integration, and acceptance layers, driving manual test execution, and collaborating with Product & Development teams for UAT sheet preparation. Your efforts will ensure the seamless rollout of new features and bug fixes with minimal errors. Key responsibilities include writing and maintaining functional automation scripts, contributing to framework development and enhancements, and proactively learning and implementing new quality-improving tools and technologies. We encourage a shift-left testing approach for early issue detection and resolution. The ideal candidate possesses strong testing fundamentals with 2-6 years of STLC experience, proficiency in Web, Mobile Apps (Android/iOS), and API testing, and experience in designing test cases from requirements. Automation testing experience with tools like Appium, Selenium, RestAssured, or Playwright is essential, along with good debugging skills and working knowledge of web services, databases, and web technologies (REST, AJAX, JQuery). Familiarity with SQL and JIRA is required. We seek an analytical, flexible, self-organized individual with an eye for detail, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools and techniques for test case generation, root cause analysis, or defect prediction is a plus.
