QA Engineer Opportunity in Noida with ALTEN India
ALTEN India is seeking a skilled QA Engineer for a full-time position in Noida. This role offers the chance to collaborate with global aerospace leaders in an innovation-driven setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, test plans, and design documents.
- Manage and track defects using JIRA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Test REST/gRPC APIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Python development, including Python 3 and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks like pytest and pytest-bdd.
- Proficiency in testing REST/gRPC APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in creating and executing detailed test cases, test plans, and design documents, with defect management in JIRA.
- Experience working with the Linux operating system.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience testing web applications using Selenium.
- Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Podman, as well as virtualization.
