Full Job Description
Join sugar.fit, a leader in Type 2 and Pre-Diabetes Reversal & management, founded in 2021. We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer – Mobile Applications to ensure the highest quality and performance of our mobile and web applications in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You will be responsible for comprehensive test planning, defect tracking, and cross-device compatibility testing within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with product, design, and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on iOS and Android devices.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on usability and functionality.
- Participate in design reviews to enhance app quality and performance.
- Perform compatibility testing across various devices and operating systems.
- Execute manual and automated testing, including developing and maintaining test scripts and automation frameworks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature integration and deployment.
- Continuously improve QA processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile app testing trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in manual testing of mobile and web applications.
- Experience in load and performance testing.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with tracking tools like JIRA and design tools like Figma.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Charles Proxy.
