We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our team in Chennai, India. This role is instrumental in supporting the eMoney-Functional QA position, ensuring the quality of deliveries for the eMoney platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, including various testing types and development methodologies. You should be proficient in functional design, test preparation, and execution. Experience with test management tools such as Quality Center or Jira is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall quality of team deliveries.
• Ability to rapidly learn and analyze complex planning systems.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a Scrum team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct analysis, design test cases, plan, and execute tests.
• Prepare scope documents, test plans, and validation plans.
• Manage projects effectively using agile methodologies.
• Participate in project meetings and status calls with partners and the core automation team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2.5 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
