QA Automation Engineer

Join Addendum as a skilled QA Automation Engineer to support high-impact enterprise technology teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of business-critical systems, including ERP, web platforms, and APIs. This is a remote position that requires overlap with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Build automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar.
• Implement automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage test data, analyze test results, and pinpoint root causes of defects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to guarantee end-to-end quality.
• Track and report QA metrics using tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Git.
• Contribute to load and performance testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in QA automation for enterprise systems.
• Proficient programming or scripting skills in languages such as Python, Java, Groovy, .NET, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with automated UI and API testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• A solid understanding of SQL and experience with test data validation.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for effective remote collaboration across different time zones.
• Comfortable working during U.S. Central Time business hours.
