QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to build reliable automated testing solutions for our cloud infrastructure intelligence platform. You will focus on web applications, APIs, integrations, and multi-tenant environments in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:
Develop UI and API tests using Playwright and TypeScript; maintain comprehensive smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end suites; build reusable page objects and test utilities; integrate testing workflows with GitHub Actions and release pipelines; diagnose failures using logs, traces, screenshots, videos, and network data; manage Allure reports and Slack notifications; reduce flaky tests to improve isolation; validate security controls including authentication, MFA, permissions, and tenant isolation; perform integration testing across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes; review AI-generated tests and lead migration from legacy Cypress automation.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Playwright for UI and REST API automation; experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines; strong understanding of test design, debugging, and synchronization techniques; ability to handle authentication and multi-environment testing scenarios.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Allure, Docker, Kubernetes, and various cloud platforms; knowledge of Cypress-to-Playwright migration strategies; familiarity with performance-testing tools like k6; exposure to security, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted testing methodologies.
