As a Karat Interview Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating technical interviews for software developers worldwide. Your responsibilities include:

• Interviewing: Conduct interviews via Karat’s platform to assess candidates' fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving approach while ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable candidate experience.
• Evaluating: Provide objective feedback on candidates' performance, coding style, communication skills, and responses to technical questions.
• Collaborating: Work closely with Karat to refine interview processes, content, and product improvements.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with professionalism and interpersonal expertise
• Reliable access to a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
• Preferred: Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
