The ideal candidate will leverage practical development and platform engineering expertise to address complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Optimize Python-based components, utilizing cloud-native libraries for AWS or Azure deployments.
• Collaborate with platform architects to design APIs that support a scalable, optimized, and enterprise-ready application.
• Contribute to the definition of API standards, reusable design patterns, and comprehensive documentation for broader platform adoption.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues across distributed systems and cloud services.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a team leadership capacity.
• Expertise in Python engineering for production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in regulated enterprise environments with stringent security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing AWS services, including Lambda Functions, S3, SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
