Python Full Stack Developer – Project Lead

We are seeking a highly responsible hands-on Python Full Stack Developer to lead projects at Twite AI Technologies in Chennai. This is not just a coding role; we need someone who can steer technical direction, coordinate development teams, and drive products from requirements to deployment.

The Role

You will take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects within our Product Development department. You must be capable of breaking down business requirements into technical tasks, assigning work, reviewing code, solving challenges, and ensuring timely delivery in a Work From Office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of your portfolio of projects.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable development plans using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Build robust frontend features with React.js and integrate them seamlessly with backend services.
• Design, develop, and manage databases using MySQL / PostgreSQL / Supabase.
• Led code reviews, debugging sessions, and technical discussions to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, QA, and Product teams including our Founder.
• Achieve deployment readiness through rigorous testing using CI/CD principles.

What We Are Looking For

We prioritize ownership mindset and leadership potential over raw years of experience. The ideal candidate for this Chennai-based role will:

• Possess 1–2+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git/GitHub workflows.
• Show the ability to debug independently and solve problems under pressure.

Tech Stack & Skills

You should be comfortable with:

• **Backend:** Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask)
• **Frontend:** React.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
• **Databases:** MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase
• **Cloud/DevOps:** Basic AWS/Azure/GCP knowledge is a plus; familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
