Python Engineer

We are seeking a Python Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role focuses on backend development using Python/Flask, building Generative AI applications, LLM integration, and RAG systems.

• Develop REST APIs and scalable backend services using Python frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or LangX with multi-agent architectures.
• Build robust RAG pipelines involving vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), embeddings, semantic search, and document retrieval optimization.
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for CI/CD, deployment monitoring, service account management, and building production-ready cloud applications.
• Apply strong SQL skills with Pandas/NumPy for data manipulation; understand basic ML algorithms like Logistic Regression and Random Forest.

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., via Model Context Protocol) with enterprise tools like JIRA, Zephyr, and Salesforce APIs.
• Ability to perform AI quality assessment, evaluation dataset generation, and post-deployment validation/monitoring.
• Experience automating Google Sheets/spreadsheet workflows as needed.

• Demonstrated expertise in Python backend engineering, Generative AI, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering (3+ years).
• Familiarity with Golang for integrating custom backend services.
• Proven track record of deploying complex LLM applications and agentic systems to production environments.
