Full Job Description
HSBC Global Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Specialist for their Bengaluru, Karnataka location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering iterative changes that provide business value, consulting on technology capabilities and limitations, and maintaining the stability of production environments. You will collaborate with business teams in London, Hong Kong, and New York to meet business and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver iterative changes for business value.
- Consult on business requirements, focusing on technology capabilities.
- Maintain and improve the stability and reliability of production environments.
- Collaborate with global business centers and coordinate with international teams.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of Python 3+ development experience, including pandas, NumPy, multithreading, and frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Dash.
- Proficiency in CRUD operations (Mongo/SQL), REST API concepts, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), context managers, decorators, and unit testing in Python.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Prime Trading, Risk, and Reporting domains.
- Experience with investigation, resolution, and performance testing.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (JIRA, Maven, Ansible).
