Python Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Python Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, build, and support backend services and REST APIs for the MDMLite platform (Location: USA Remote).

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and enhance Master Data Management (MDM) functionalities and workflows.
• Develop APIs for search, record retrieval, creation, and master data operations.
• Integrate backend applications with Snowflake for data retrieval, validation, and persistence.
• Implement Elasticsearch-based search, indexing, filtering, and record retrieval capabilities.
• Develop validation frameworks, duplicate detection logic, exception handling, and API response mechanisms.
• Implement authentication using OAuth 2.0 or JWT.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container configurations.
• Deploy and support applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Configure API exposure through Azure API Management (APIM) and use Azure Key Vault for secrets management.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, write unit/integration tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, and architects.
