Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications critical to our business operations. As a full-stack developer in this role, you will build dependable software leveraging modern technologies including React, Django, Python, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scalable, secure, and optimized web applications running on Windows Server environments with IIS.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs using Django/Python while building responsive front-end interfaces in React 18+.
• Optimize database schemas and queries within Microsoft SQL Server to ensure high performance.
• Implement enterprise-grade security practices, manage SSL/TLS certificates, and configure application pools on IIS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define features, lead architecture discussions, and conduct system design reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of full-stack development expertise with Python/Django, React 18+, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server administration, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS), and Windows Server management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in Agile environments while adhering to strict security and compliance standards.
