Backend / Workflow + DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer based in Pune to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity with hybrid working arrangements.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Python, Kubernetes, workflow orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices within a production environment.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable proficiency in Python development, specifically with deployment on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with typed request/response modeling using libraries like Pydantic.
• Expertise in workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal, Airflow, or AWS Step Functions.
• Solid understanding of Async Python, unit testing (pytest), and debugging distributed workflows/state transitions.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
• Building robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
• Affinity for observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki (or equivalents).
• Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting and GitOps practices.

Nice to Have:

• Operational experience with Temporal.io
• Familiarity with ArgoCD
• Experience with monorepo/build-graph tools (e.g., Nx)
• Skill in alert-rule management and reducing noise
