Birdvision Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated Python Developers with 13 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team in Pune, India. This is a permanent position for a skilled developer passionate about backend development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Python, practical experience in real-world projects, and a comprehensive understanding of backend development principles. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining robust enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable Python code that adheres to best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Implement and manage data persistence and retrieval using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and performance optimization of applications.
• Collaborate effectively with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Actively participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Python programming.
• Proficiency with Python web frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• A good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Ability to write basic unit tests for code validation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure (basic level).
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React/JS.
• Exposure to asynchronous programming techniques.
• Experience with tools such as Postman and DBeaver.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience is required.
