Python Developer

CRISIL is looking for a dedicated Python Developer to join our vibrant team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a tech enthusiast eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in full-stack web application development, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams to understand and analyze project requirements.
• Design and build intuitive web applications utilizing Python and associated frameworks.
• Develop and manage robust back-end services and APIs using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Produce high-quality, readable, and efficient code.
• Actively participate in code reviews and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and implement new features.
• Identify and resolve application issues to enhance performance.
• Maintain an awareness of the latest technologies and industry advancements.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming and web development frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing Python web applications.
