Full Job Description
We are seeking a Python Developer to join our remote, full-time team and contribute to building backend systems, scalable applications, and data-driven features. The ideal candidate will design and implement clean, efficient, and well-structured Python code using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining backend applications and services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
- Building and integrating REST APIs, microservices, and data-driven features with proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Designing and optimizing database schemas and queries to ensure efficient data handling
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues while adhering to engineering best practices
- Participating in code reviews and maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker) for deployment and automation
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering and 2–5 years of Python development experience, with strong proficiency in core programming concepts, version control (Git), and problem-solving. Preferred qualifications include microservices architecture, distributed systems, and data processing.
