Job Overview

Zucol Services is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead with deep expertise in Python and FastAPI. The successful candidate will drive backend development, API management, database optimization, and the integration of AI/LLM applications including voice technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Leverage SQLAlchemy for efficient relational database management and query optimization.
• Architect and integrate robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate telephony solutions via platforms like Twilio and Plivo.
• Create high-performance AI-driven applications utilizing LLMs, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
• Craft advanced voice bots and automated calling applications.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with frontend and AI teams to deliver seamless solutions.

• Mandatory: Extensive hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Solid proficiency with SQLAlchemy, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and performance tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of REST API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated experience containerizing applications using Docker.
• AI & Voice Focus: Strong understanding of LLMs, STT, TTS, and the ability to build voice bot solutions. Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar speech models is highly desirable.
• Tech Stack Bonus: Prior experience integrating telephony platforms such as Twilio, Plivo, Vonage, etc., will be considered a significant advantage.
