Python Developer — Automation

About the Role

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our team in building automations, integrations, and Power BI dashboards. You will connect business systems, manage PostgreSQL data, automate workflows, and create actionable reports for internal teams and clients.

What You Will Do

• Build Python Automations: Reduce manual work, process complex data, and improve recurring business workflows using robust automation scripts.
• Integrate Systems: Seamlessly connect business platforms, databases, and applications through REST APIs, webhooks, and secure authentication methods.
• Manage PostgreSQL Data: Create and maintain tables, write efficient SQL queries (joins, aggregations), ensure data accuracy, and improve consistency across systems.
• Develop Power BI Reports: Prepare data with Power Query, build advanced data models, write DAX measures, and deliver insightful dashboards for client and internal projects.
• Create Operational Dashboards: Help users track work progress—for example, monitoring sales campaigns, results, and follow-up activities to drive business decisions.
• Support AI Agent Development: Learn to improve existing OpenClaw agents (with guidance from our Lead Architect) and integrate them with tools like Grok Bot.
• Evaluate Tools & Costs: Test agent capabilities, track usage metrics, and contribute to platform comparisons for optimal cost improvements.

Skills & Experience

Typically 1–3 years of hands-on development experience; demonstrated ability matters more than strict year count. You must have strong Python skills (building/debugging apps), practical PostgreSQL expertise, and a proven track record with Power BI (models, DAX, reports).

You should be experienced with API integration (REST, JSON, auth) and comfortable using Git for version control.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenClaw, JavaScript/React, Docker, or n8n/Make automation platforms.
