About the Python Data Engineer Role
WIN Home Inspection is seeking a skilled Python Data Engineer to develop high-performance applications and scalable data solutions in New Delhi, India. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python applications, optimizing data pipelines, and integrating APIs and databases. The position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for data-driven decision-making to foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain efficient Python applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Implement and integrate APIs, web scraping techniques, and database queries.
- Design and implement algorithms for data processing, transformation, and analysis.
- Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases for large dataset management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through best practices and code reviews.
- Stay updated with advancements in Python, data engineering, and backend development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer using Python.
- Proficiency in Python frameworks and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scrapy.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
